FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQs)
Our Ragnarok, Valkyrie, and Maelstorm Level 2 (strength) classes have a capacity of 6 people while our Maelstorm Level 1 (conditioning) classes have a capacity of 10.
Wear comfortable sports-attire and shoes. Bring along a bottle and towel if you sweat a lot!
Shower facilities are available too.
We highly recommend either our Ragnarok or Maelstorm Level 1 classes for beginners.
Ragnarok, Valkyrie, Maelstorm Level 2 classes are 1 hour.
Maelstorm Level 1 classes are 45 minutes.
All our classes are a blend of strength and conditioning. Ragnarok is strength focused, which usually includes one main lift. Maelstorm is conditioning focused, so think circuits and HIIT workouts.
Our coaches are trained to adjust the intensity of each exercise to different fitness levels. Don’t worry, no one gets left behind at Storm!
We recommend attending at least 2 Ragnarok classes AND 2 Maelstorm classes per week. Remember to schedule rest days too!
We strongly advice getting a doctor’s clearance if any medical history or injury could potentially hinder your workout experience.
