INTRO TO LIFTING COURSE
In this 8-session crash course hosted by our experienced trainers, you’ll learn the fundamentals of training, including how to correctly perform the four main lifts – squat, bench, deadlift, and press. You’ll also learn how to programme for your own training and goal to become a self-sufficient lifter.
This course is recommended for those who are new to the gym. Each session is 1 hour.
Schedule a 1-time consult with an experienced trainer to assess your form on your lifts (squat, deadlift, bench, press and more). Optimise your current approach to programming to better hit your fitness goals.
This is recommended for those who have some experience lifting weights or those who are looking for a little guidance on programming for themselves.
